How to file a claim for damage to my home
Ga Power reconnected service to my home at 3772 Donaldson Dr on June 3, with inspecting your line. As a result of a short in your line, damage was caused to my new electrical service which I was charged twice.
I was contacted by Johnson , the only name he gave, who told me the line damage was caused by a tree on my neighbors property, and it was not their responsibility.
I can’t just go cutting down my neighbors tree out of suspicion. I maintain if Ga Power had of preformed the due diligence and inspected or tested the line on any one of the 4 visits they made I would have not suffered the damage
