My son has prepay service and he is paying off a small bill. He is paying $30 every 2 days!

The rate must be higher for prepay customers! If not, there is something fishy going on here and it should be investigated. The fact that prepay customers are experiencing financial difficulty makes it all the more important to find out why they are paying more.

This is not a title pawn, it is electric service! Let's be honest and fair.

Prepay had my lights off for 8 hours saturday and were having problems with the prepaid meters and still didnt send anyone out!

Don't like it....Get off of it...Problem solved...You're welcome. Of course, your son will have to go through a credit check that he probably wouldn't pass, pay a fat deposit which sounds like he doesn't have and/or reconnect fees.

So, how much did your boy owe before he got on this program? How much did he try to stick the responsible ratepayers with before getting this hookup?

Are his past debts rolled up into current payments? Let's hear it, "you must work for them." No, your rant is standard of multi-generational serial dead beats.
