I have been a prepay customer for the last month and it is ridiculous!!! I leave at 5 am and get home at 7 am, everything is off in my house with the exception of my fridge.

I unplug everything. I have paid more in the last month then what my mother in law has paid for the last two months on her power and four people live with her!!! My usage has gone from $6 a day to $12 a day, there is no central heat, so I am not running air or anything. They have no explanation other then this is your usage, pay the bill.

It is unfair, unethical and by the looks of it I am going to be paying for power what I pay for rent!!! Nicole Marie ---Austell, GA.

To add to this comment but makes it so bad energy assistant program money is going for deposit and fees and less on people's bills who are disabled seniors or low income families something has to be done
