Georgia Power - Lights

Light was suppose to come back on with in hour and they have yet to come on and I have a 6 kids sitting in a car outside of our house with nowhere to go and one just got out the hospital and he needs his oxygen

Ga.Power bill has been extremly high since they begin crediting for the Votle Settlement Awards....it's not a credit if you're offsetting it by over charging me..should be another investigation into Ga.Power practices...unbelievable!!!

Georgia Power - Horrible!!

I loved I to my home August 17th, I register my account online, received confirmation and a month later my power was turned off with no warning, call or email. They said, “sometimes the online registration doesn’t go through.” But I received a confirmation number and everything was fine. It took 4 days to get any information out of anyone as to how to turn my power back on. No one was helpful and the employees were rude.

Georgia Power - High deposits with payment arrangement

I've been charged 3 deposits in under 12 months I pay my bill as best I make constant payment arrangments only to be forced to pay 150$ deposits whenever the company wants to charge me on top of my bill which then causes a disconnect this is unfair and unethical
