Georgia Power - New service

GA Power is horrible with transfering power in a new customer name. I had to call over a dozen times AND battle with the reps. They are rude, unprofessional, clueless and combative. This include supervisors as well.

Superviser Ken Lee lied to me about a refund matter. Called back got superviser Dianna. She immediately fixed mistake I made. There are very good CS reps for the most part. Ty Dianna. If you get Ken for a refund problem. Hang up, and call back.
