I made a payment arrangement for what I believe was for 11/17/17 for $100 via automated system. I went on line to honor that arrangement today 11/16/17 and made a payment for $100.
There was a notification "on the website " that the service was disconnected, puzzled, because I received no notification and or confirmation and my lights were still on, I called and sure enough service disconnected for $100 for payment arrangement for the date 11/15/17, two days earlier than I had in my records. So I had to make another payment of my current bill of $96 to have service restored.
My dismay is in that on top of having to pay the entire balance, which I was, I am being billed $50 for reconnection against a $100 bill, that's a 50% CHARGE! This is incredible and should be looked at on an individual basis, not just a blanket corporate policy.
