Georgia Power - Shittiest Service
A gust of wind from Irma blew our power. Have had no power for +46 hours and counting. In our town all of the trees have been moved but the ones blocking the roads with power lines that can't be touched at all until approved by GA Power. Our whole entire town is without power and when we try customer service or seeing where you're at with getting to our town you get hung up on.
Georgia Power - Illegal charges
The prepay service is a total joke..It is a ripoff. Georgia Power adds all kind of fees..taxes..just alot of extra money on these prepay accounts. The reps cant even explain the charges

At 8 pm power went out at 1130pm finally seen first response crew 3.5 hrs after it happened way to go boys on top of it huh.
