I moved from Marietta to Atlanta and I seen an increase in my electric bill almost immediately. It has gone up $20 each month I have received a bill from them.

And all the reps can say is.....'July is the hottest month of the year"! I am fully aware of the hottest months of the year, but I have tried everything they have said to try and it steady rises each month. I have never watched my electricity bill on a daily basis until I came to this company. But it only made me do one thing and that was to research the company itself, only to find that they owe Millions to customers due to Overcharging and rate inflation's.

I am very unhappy to hear and read some of this stuff after the fact of me moving, this would of been a deal breaker on me making my decision on what side of town to move too. I live on a budget, as I'm sure thousands of other people do too. And really don't have much of an option to pick another light company to go with.

That is why companies like this can get away with it, due to there are no other options for consumers. This should be against the Law for them to be able to get away with this, its sad and unfortunate, but true!

Take a look at the monthly electric usage statements from your prior location and compare with your new location. They will give you the rates charged per KWH.

The odds are your new rate is higher than at your old location.

You can also compare the total usage per month with your total usage at your new location. You do keep these monthly statements don't you?
