Georgia Power - New service
GA Power is horrible with transfering power in a new customer name. I had to call over a dozen times AND battle with the reps. They are rude, unprofessional, clueless and combative. This include supervisors as well.

Georgia Power - High deposits with payment arrangement
I've been charged 3 deposits in under 12 months I pay my bill as best I make constant payment arrangments only to be forced to pay 150$ deposits whenever the company wants to charge me on top of my bill which then causes a disconnect this is unfair and unethical
