Need to edit my "Start Power Information"

Hello I was trying to call earlier and the phone was breaking up badly. I wanted to edit my information that I filled out for new service. It asked if I was renting and I checked no by mistake. I am renting, and my Landlord is an apartment complex called "Atlantic Vinings"

Customer Service regarding Power Bill

To Whom It May Concern: I do not understand why Georgia Power customer service does not have a way to return calls or have the customer hold in a que. I received a message of a high call volume and to call back at a later time, and the call just ended. This is so unfair to the customer.

GP refuses to enter the world of electronic banking. Made a payment two weeks out via Truist online banking. Truist confirmed mailing (because NO electronic transfer) USPS failed to deliver. No human being available to discuss when deadline reached without check clearing. Electricity disconnected. Had to pay an amount equal to 3 times amount owed to reconnect.

Stupid services

I was on phone over 3 hours today to talk with someone and setup payments on my sons account i called and closed 2 months ago. last month i eceive a card in mail with his pay off so i been tring to talk to someone i was transfered 6 different places talked with 6 different people and god only knows how many computers and over 3 hours later i was not able to do anything but get high blood pressure. my house number is 706-221-**** if someone that can help call it easier calling the presdent of the us then it is paying a bill with your company.

Fraudulent charge

There is a charge on my bank account for $394.32 on the 14th .. this is not my charge. The last three numbers of the account is 7161 None of my accounts have those numbers. I have continuously fraud charges of late. My bill is due on the 14th and is to be deducted today. It is a level billing for approximately $195. Plus changed. Please contact me ASAP.

Overcharging

Most of the reviews complain about customer service and outages, and they are not wrong. My complaint is my electric bill which was $650 in July and $725 in August 2023. Ridiculous highway robbery! My bills for those months last year were half that. My grown son lives in a large house in Tennessee and his electric bills for those months were around $180 each. Georgia Power has an absolute monopoly where I live in Chatham County and its price-gouging shocks the conscience.

Waiting for a refund for 90 days

I have been waiting for my refund since June 20th 2023, after you utilized my money to pay on a bill that was not mine. Where the *** is my money?

It should not take a corporation such as Ga Power 90 days to refund a customers funds or transfer money to my acct. You did not contact me about the issue, that you paid my money on a previous acct.

under some elses name nor did you write me a letter I found out bc you were going to cut off my electricity after I paid and you put my money on another acct. I am not getting a response from customer service, all I hear is oh you should have received, blah, blah where is my money I need my money just like you need yours!!!

Translation: I don't pay my bills. I want to get on the phone and harass someone with the hope that a person will be able to override the system.

Folks who pay their bills don't have to talk to anyone. Try it....
